Diving in West Clare
The Crystal clear water of the Atlantic Ocean provides diving of the the highest quality, the West Clare coastline caters for everyone, from the casual snorkeller to the very experienced deep-sea diver. The clearness of the water in the *spectacularly guarded bay at Kilkee, along with an abundance of marine life, makes diving at Kilkee a world-wide favourite for the variety of dives available. The entrance to the bay is guarded by the splendid reef known as Duggerne Rocks. For the more adventurous diver, there are absolutely awesome diving prospects, everything from underwater caves, diving by the cliffs and even a shipwreck-or-two to choose from, if exploration is more to your liking. West Clare also caters for the want to be diver. There is a fully-equipped diving centre with facilities for novice and expert. Instruction is also available. All-in-All, the West Clare coast
is a divers paradise providing a variety of dives and marine life,
enough to keep your head under water, just about long enough! |
